The New HedgeHammer

Our gold candidate: the whole app rebuilt, cleaner, faster and now in Japanese. Stock and ETF pages gain analysis cards, full financial statements and a check-by-check quant rating; every page shares one look and one set of controls; and your favourites follow you to every device.

Added

  • A redesigned app: Market, Rank, Watchlist, Stock and ETF pages, Portfolio, Risk and Settings share one layout, the same controls, and clear light and dark themes.
  • Japanese: The whole app and website, in Japanese.
  • Your lists on every device: Favourites and recent searches are saved to your account.
  • Choose your start page: Set where the app opens, in Settings.
  • Search from anywhere: Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) to find any stock or ETF, filtered by sector, industry, exchange or currency.
  • Analysis side panel: Cards beside the stock chart for growth, earnings, dividends, profitability, liquidity, debt, capital structure, analyst views, insider buying and revenue.
  • Full financial statements: Income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and key ratios, each with a flow diagram and the estimated years marked.
  • Quant rating, explained: Open the score to see every check behind it, grouped by theme.
  • Compare with peers: Relative valuation plots the company against its industry, or its sector when the industry has no peers.
  • The working behind the valuation: A drawer under the chart shows the figures behind the fair value, past holding returns and the likely range ahead.
  • Fair price today: A Fair Price bar beside the price and the forecast shows at a glance how far the price is from fair value.
  • Options on the portfolio chart: A holding's option legs appear on its chart.
  • A richer ETF page: Holdings, NAV, yield, fees and extended-hours prices.
  • Market overview: Indices with today's move, a one-month chart and the five-year range; an earnings, dividend and economic calendar; rotations across sectors, industries, currencies, bonds, commodities and volatility; and market health.
  • Portfolio risk: A Risk section with your portfolio's risk summary, each holding's contribution, factor exposure, a map of how holdings relate, and the efficient frontier.
  • IBKR portfolios in one step: Pick your Interactive Brokers CSV statement when creating a portfolio and your holdings come in with it.
  • Fees and taxes per trade: Manual trades carry their own fee and tax, included in your cost basis, and can be entered in the settlement currency.

Improved

  • Much faster: The app and website load in a fraction of the time.
  • One language: The language you pick is saved to your account.
  • Clearer valuation chart: Fair, last and forecast prices carry the same marks as the range bar, which now shows the forecast too.
  • Factor Space, Frontier and Rotations: Show one asset on its own, with charts using the full height.
  • One price-range bar everywhere: Rank, Watchlist, Alerts, Portfolio and the stock page show the five-year, one-year and day ranges in one bar, with the price and fair value marked.
  • Credit rating on the stock page: Back, with its full scale from strongest to weakest.
  • Clearer prices: Every price shows its currency and whether it is live or extended-session.
  • Next trades in one line: The chart's trade ideas fit one compact line, your last trade in bold, with the odds for each level.
  • Clearer alerts: Weekly-move alerts show the move as a percentage before you save, and the header bell rings when one triggers.
  • Portfolio in your currency: Totals in your display currency, with currency gains and losses as a percentage as well as an amount.
  • Faster portfolio loading: Large portfolios open faster.
  • A refreshed website: The home page, pricing, sign-in and other public pages match the app.
  • Clearer error pages: A clear page with a way back and a one-click button to send us a report.
  • Simpler settings: A clearer layout, with your subscription one click away.

Fixed

  • Realistic values for recent listings: Newly listed companies are valued only on their own trading history.
  • Alerts on the portfolio chart: Creating and dragging alerts works.
  • Your default portfolio: Remembered between visits.
  • Rank: No 'No results' flash before the table loads.
  • Deleting your account: Also clears your data from this browser.
  • No flicker on load: The portfolio no longer flashes a filtered list before your full holdings appear.
