By using HedgeHammer's website or services, you confirm that you have read and understood our disclaimer and agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use HedgeHammer.

Please use HedgeHammer responsibly. This means: do not use the service for unlawful, misleading, or dishonest purposes; do not disrupt or interfere with the service or other users; follow all posted rules and guidelines; and do not attempt to block, limit, or degrade access for others.

Subscription

  • 2.1A valid email address is required (disposable or temporary email addresses may be rejected)
  • 2.2Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled
  • 2.3Paid subscriptions may be cancelled via Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription
  • 2.4Except as required by applicable law, no refunds are provided for any payments
  • 2.5Service access continues through the end of the paid billing period
  • 2.6Non-payment may result in immediate restriction or suspension of access
3.

Usage Restrictions

  • 3.1No reselling, sublicensing, or sharing of service access
  • 3.2Accounts are for single-user use only; simultaneous active sessions from multiple locations or devices by different individuals are prohibited and may indicate credential sharing, which may result in account suspension
  • 3.3No automated, scripted, or programmatic access
  • 3.4No scraping, crawling, bulk extraction, or redistribution of data
  • 3.5No modification of content or creation of derivative works
  • 3.6No bulk downloading or systematic retrieval of content
  • 3.7Username and password sharing is prohibited; users are responsible for securing their credentials, and the operator is not liable for misuse
  • 3.8No overloading of servers or engagement in unauthorised or abusive activities
  • 3.9No harassment, abuse, or interference with other users
  • 3.10No spam, phishing, impersonation, or use of false identities
  • 3.11No illegal, harmful, or deceptive content or activity
  • 3.12Report suspected unauthorised access to your account promptly
  • 3.13Minimum age requirement: 18 years old

You may not use HedgeHammer trademarks or remove proprietary notices without prior written consent.

Data Sources & Third-Party Services

HedgeHammer uses third-party data sources and services, including Financial Modeling Prep, major stock exchanges such as the Tokyo Stock Exchange, NYSE, Nasdaq, Euronext, LSE, and JPX, public company disclosures, and charting libraries including Lightweight Charts™ (TradingView, Inc.). Payments are processed by Stripe. HedgeHammer does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or performance of third-party data providers, exchanges, infrastructure, or services. Errors, delays, outages, missing data, or discrepancies originating from third parties do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Forward-Looking & Model-Based Data

HedgeHammer generates analytical outputs using proprietary quantitative and statistical models, including historical, estimated, and forward-looking metrics such as valuation measures, growth assumptions, and volatility indicators. Forward-looking statements, estimates, projections, and model outputs are inherently uncertain, based on assumptions, and are not guarantees of future performance. Actual outcomes may differ materially, and HedgeHammer makes no representations or warranties regarding predictive accuracy or real-world results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HedgeHammer and KOZUCI, Inc. shall not be liable for any investment losses, trading losses, or financial decisions made based on the service, nor for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or anticipated savings. HedgeHammer is not liable for errors, delays, outages, or inaccuracies arising from third-party services or data providers. In no event shall HedgeHammer's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service exceed the amounts paid by you to HedgeHammer in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

Legal

  • 8.1The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'
  • 8.2No guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • 8.3These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Yokohama District Court
  • 8.4These Terms may be modified from time to time
  • 8.5The operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts
  • 8.6No third-party beneficiaries are created under these Terms
9.

Fee & Payment

  • 9.1Monthly or yearly subscription payments via major credit cards (VISA, JCB, MasterCard, AMEX, and others as supported)
10.

Service Changes

  • 10.1The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time

Use of Data and Content

  • 11.1HedgeHammer offers two usage tiers: Web App and Institutional
  • 11.2Web App Tier: Intended for individual investors conducting personal research. Screenshot sharing is permitted with attribution ("Data courtesy of https://HedgeHammer.com"). Redistribution or commercial use is prohibited.
  • 11.3Institutional Tier: Intended for regulated financial institutions and professional market participants. Licensed for internal use, client-facing materials, and authorised signal redistribution.
  • 11.4Automated scraping, bulk data extraction, or unauthorised copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited across all tiers
  • 11.5Violations may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action
